Terms of Service

Effective June 14, 2026

These Terms govern your use of the Fruitday app. By creating an account or using Fruitday, you agree to them. You must be at least 17 years old to use Fruitday.

Your account & content

You're responsible for your account and the content you post, and you keep ownership of it. By posting content you grant Fruitday a license to host and display it within the app so we can operate the service. This license ends when you delete the content or your account.

Community rules & objectionable content

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior on Fruitday. You agree not to post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, defamatory, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable, and not to abuse, harass, impersonate, or harm other users.

Reporting & moderation

You can report a note, comment, or user from within the app, and you can block another user so you no longer see each other's content. We review reports of objectionable content and act on them — typically within 24 hours — including removing content and suspending or terminating accounts that violate these Terms.

Termination & disclaimers

You can delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Fruitday is provided "as is," without warranties, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the app. Please enjoy wine responsibly.

App Store terms

These Terms are between you and Fruitday, Inc., not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Your use of the app must also comply with the standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
